Exercise 3:
One day when I was 2. I was happily going around the kitchen minding my own business searching for food. I was hungry! Until I saw the cat flap. The cat flap looked big in my eyes. My curiosity grew quicker. ‘Time to go through’ I thought to myself proudly. I got through perfectly, until going back through. My head got stuck! The frustration grew intensely. My confusion was high. I kicked and screamed loudly but my parents were out. My brother was the only one there, but he just laughed incredibly! At least someone was happy! I cannot actually remember the rest that happened when my parents got back, all I know is that I got out……….. And did it again! My Child me was not very bright. I felt stupid.
I found these activities helped me a lot about understanding adverbs and adjectives. I know more now how effective they are when making sentences or stories more interesting. Exercise one and two were about looking at a certain image and trying to come with, exercise one was adjectives and two was adverbs. activity three was to make a paragraph/story using adjectives and adverbs
